My time with clients is a partnership to navigate through unaddressed patterns and address what deconditioned bodies (losing muscle strength over time due to age, injury or disability) need (support with posture, core engagement, range of motion, and fluid feeling in the soft tissues of the body).

I am a veteran bodyworker, Yoga breathwork movement therapy teacher, and Guide working with individuals to help address body patterns, unconsciously held feelings, and beliefs. I help you become aware of limiting thoughts and support you with the tools to shift blocks in your body tissues, energy, and behaviors. I guide you to tools to focus and take action.
