Signature Fall in Love with Taking Care of Yourself
14 week program
The Falling in Love With Taking Care of Yourself course is a valuable resource to obtain support for your health and healing journey! You will build a potent body-mind-spirit protocol curated from your favorite experiential exercises.
It’s ideal for those who have an obsession for continued learning, and a deep curiosity about how to further progress toward feeling better. If you are an action-taker who’s connected to your present moment awareness and hold a sacred container for yourself despite the hustle and chaos in the outside world, this resource is for you.
This program is a mind-body- spirit based educational program specifically designed as a deep dive in how to address the deep layers of stress, tension and empower and connect you with a journey into the layers of yourself that need support, compassion and healing. As of 2020, million people have started using the online platforms to cultivate their growth and potential.
This program is about going deep and building a layered, progressive results based daily routine that allows your resilient self to be unearthed. In fact, the number of spots is limited because it’s about quality, not quantity.
Every two weeks you will get a live training and access to videos/ audios, reading materials that are the foundation of the exploratory program. Each body has its unique antatomy and physiology, as well as its own thresholds and regulation of its central nervous system. Body symptoms, posture, breathing and habits are all directly reflective of what is happening in your brain, spinal cord and nerves (also called CNS central nervous system).
This is an empowering program, that improves and restores resilience to the baseline quality of your life over time. While the exploratory experiences may at times be a challenge, you will be guided through your discoveries to learn what is best for your body.
Each Exploratory Program Begins with a live training.
Our high success rate is largely because we understand what your individual system needs to recover. We use questionnaires to see which areas of the brain, the breath and body need support to function correctly and highlights the areas that need help.
We will use the results of each persons questionnaires to target and individualize the explorations and exercises done at the end of the 14 week program. This guides us, knowing where to help you start to empower you to better understand what is happening within their own body systems.
The program is exploratory in nature. Becoming aware of how your body feels in your internal environment is the first place to start when beginning to explore tools that efficiently regulate how we feel. If we can start be recognizing the signs our body is sharing with us before it gets pushed beyond the point of being able to easily shift gears. When we push our system further than it has the adaptive capacity to cope, we often end up with uncomfortable symptoms. These symptoms are they bodies way of communicating that it is being pushed further that it can adapt for itself. Learning how your body works empowers you to be able to make tiny shifts that helps move the needle back to a more balanced point. I am not a doctor, nor a respiratory therapist. I am a manual therapist and yoga therapy teacher. The explorations I lead are a unique and effective combination of my 27 years of professional studies, clinical outcomes and personal experiences in the fields of Massage, Craniosacral Therapy (nervous system/ connective tissue manual techniques supportive of encouraging a relaxed balanced state), Yoga therapy, Ayurveda training, and herbal training, combined with a unique cutting edge blend of emerging body tools based on neuroscience research.

Breath and Body Awernss Breakthrough Short course

Health breathing patterns promote enjoyment of good physical and emotional well-being. Disordered breathing patterns may be a symptom or a cause of undiagnosed health problems.It is estimated that up to 80% of emergency room visits result from disordered shallow breathing and the devastating and often frightening cascade of effects that follow. Do you want to learn more?
This mini-course is designed to help you understand some of the basics of the basic topics around why functional breathing is essential to good health and the cause and effects of disordered breathing on health. There will be some simple starting place strategies and protocols to help you recognize your own pattern and help move the needle toward restoring normal function.
The topics also provide a very basic overview of the underlying anatomy, physiology, and basic biochemistry associated with breathing. There are more detail on this and psychological and emotional variables associated with disordered breathing that are addressed in more depth in the in-depth 14-week course. Together we will try an assessment to see if you are showing primary signs or a more comprehensive range of chronic symptoms. We will try out some basic interventions suitable for use in a discovery-type educational experience

A layered, beautiful way to address what is stuck physically, energetically, mentally, and spiritually. If you are new to Yoga or in a deconditioned state, break it up over 2-3 days. If you are used to regular practice, break it up over 1-2 days or try the whole thing. Come back to it over and over as a way to become more sensitive to yourself and honor your body and energy systems.
We are going to start with the basics and lay the foundation for success by introducing you to a powerful and effective series called The Joint Freeing Series.
This transformational series is an amazing gift, from the lineage of my teacher Mukunda Stiles who got the teaching from the legendary Yogi, Sri Krishnamacharya. I will offer it the original way and a modified version where the movements are adapted in a chair for more accessibility and convenience.
Why is the Joint freeing series so important?
Systematically warming up your joints helps:
Prevent injury: Did you know that, according to research, sprains and strains seem to be the top way injuries happen in yoga (as well as most exercise)? (Cramer, 2013)
Increase circulation: Increasing the circulation of blood and lymph can help heal injuries and keep your joints and tissues healthy. (According to yoga philosophy, it also helps you move your prana or vital life-force energy.)
Improve body awareness: By improving your body awareness (aka proprioception and interoception), you can: improve your posture, balance, and even relieve pain. Wait, feeling your joints helps you relieve joint pain? Yes!
Gentle joint movements help with joint pain. (Strengthening also helps, advancing your technique over time you can hold a pose at end range and build muscle) This series is incredibly helpful for: arthritis (both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), fibromyalgia, lupus and more!
